The BePacMan project participated in the Warsaw Pack trade fair (14–16 April 2026), one of the key industry events dedicated to packaging technologies and solutions in Central and Eastern Europe.
The participation aimed to support stakeholder engagement and dissemination activities within Work Package 4 (WP4), by establishing direct contact with representatives of the packaging sector and promoting the project among relevant target groups.
During the event, the project representative engaged in direct discussions with a wide range of stakeholders, including packaging producers, solution providers, and industry organisations. These interactions enabled the exchange of knowledge and identification of current market needs, challenges and expectations related to circular packaging solutions.
Key topics discussed included:
– implementation challenges related to upcoming PPWR regulations
– increasing cost pressures and operational complexity
– adoption barriers for circular and reusable packaging systems
– growing interest in sustainable and resource-efficient solutions
The event also included participation in conference sessions addressing regulatory and market developments, providing additional insights into industry trends and policy frameworks relevant to the project objectives.
