Business Model Innovation Sprint for SMEs in Wismar

Do you use or produce cardboard packaging? Are you looking for ways to make your packaging solutions more circular, efficient and better suited to future business needs?

Join the BePacMan Business Model Innovation Sprint in Wismar and work with experts and other SMEs on practical solutions for paper and cardboard packaging.

During this three-day, hands-on event, participants will develop business model concepts and turn selected ideas into real prototypes using laser cutters and other maker tools. The sprint is designed for companies that want to work on a concrete packaging challenge and explore new circular approaches together with specialists and businesses from across the South Baltic region.

What can participants expect?

The programme will include:

• expert-guided business model development and prototyping sessions,
• practical work on circular packaging concepts,
• development of a concrete concept and pilot roadmap,
• opportunities to exchange experience and build connections with companies and experts from the South Baltic region.

Participation is free of charge, and travel support is available.

Who should participate?

The sprint is open to SMEs and organisations involved in or affected by paper and cardboard packaging, including:

• packaging producers,
• e-commerce companies,
• logistics operators,
• startups,
• other businesses interested in more circular and efficient packaging solutions.

New participants are welcome. You do not need to have taken part in previous BePacMan activities — simply bring your packaging challenge and work on it together with the project team and other participants.

Can’t join us in Wismar?

You can still contribute to the process.

Complete a short 10-minute questionnaire describing your packaging challenge. No sensitive business information is required. Based on your input, the BePacMan team can develop a concept on your behalf and consult you for feedback during the process.
